On your arrival at Takayama, please visit our registration desk on the 3rd floor of the venue at your earliest convenience. The LOC asks all partcipants including pre-registrants to register at the registration desk in the meeting venue. The registration desk will open during the time shown below.

Please refer to the map below to the venue. https://goo.gl/maps/4Cx4rfMfYet The venue (Takayama-Shimin-Bunka-Kaikan) is located to the west of the Takayama JR station, on the opposite side of the main entrance. From the JR station, first you head to the north for about 150m, then turn left and go through the underpass of the railway. Turn left on the first signal after the underpass, then the venue is located about 250m to the south.
At the registration desk, we provide you a name badge, symposium program, and other symposium materials. Also we receive your payment for field trip lunch (JPY1,000) and reception (JPY9,000, students: JPY5,000).
Overseas invited speakers will receive per diem and/or reimbursement for the travel cost at the registration desk. Please keep your boarding passes since we need them for official process of your travel support.
