Presentation Guide

For Oral presentations:

Speakers are expected to use their own laptop computer connected to a projector with a D-sub 15pin connector.

For Poster presenters:

Each presentation is assigned on a poster board (120 cm wide and 180 cm tall). All the posters should be posted during the whole symposium.

Notice for photos taken by LOC

During the symposium including the field trip, LOC will take photos for publicity of the project (You can see some examples in our newsletter (excuse me for Japanese), http://cd.dpri.kyoto-u.ac.jp/newsletter/).The photos possibly include a few of your slides or a part of your poster. If you would not like photos of your slide or poster to be taken, please write to a LOC photographer, Prof. Y. Fukahata

LOC also plans to take a group photo. If the weather permits, the group photo will be taken just after the end of morning or afternoon session on 20th July. Please be careful of the announcement of the group photo.
