For Oral presenters:
You can connect your PC to the projector by using either HDMI or D-sub 15 pin connector.We recommend to test connection during breaks. If you do not have your own PC, please contact the organizers.For your presentation, please leave 3-5 minutes for Q and A.
For Poster presenters:
Poster board is 90 cm wide and 120 cm tall. There is no on-site poster printing service.
Core times for poster presentation are as follows;
March 1 (Fri.) 16:45 ~ 18:15
March 2 (Sat.) 16:10 ~ 18:00
Please attend your poster at least either core time.
